I did it! I hit the 200 mile mark by the end of the first half of the year! My goal for this year is 500 miles, and the heat is on! These next 6 months I will work harder, I will run faster, and I will run farther to continue to train for… Tonight’s run was amazing- 2.74 miles in 32 minutes was an awesome pace! Murphy and I were moving, only had two red lights to wait for, and a kickass breeze blowing as we ran along a longer route just to reach this goal. God I FEEL great! I honestly can say I have my stride back… maybe it never actually left… it was just in hibernation… anywho.. it was the best run in a long while. Woohoo 200 DONE!
