x-training begins…

I forgot how mean people can be to those that ride their bikes and are trying to cross the road. I really think I would have been done in about 25-30 minutes had I not had to wait for people turning, the lights to turn, and people to get out of the crosswalks! Overall, a good ride. I read today that when you are training for a marathon, you need to cross train to use other muscles. I’m happy to say I have a bike to ride and plenty of places to ride it! 🙂 It was a decent 3.58 mile ride without the mean people!
