I think having my schedule be off this week has reflected in today’s run. Instead of getting up around 6:30 to go run, I slept in because I was exhausted. I waited til nearly 10:00am to go run because I really didn’t want to run in 39 degree weather.  I got out there, and was loving the sunshine. I was not loving how heavy my legs felt. I really am not loving tapering. Bring it on Richmond Marathon because I am eating myself out of house and home…. I hope it doesn’t come to Murphy’s food looking appealing!  Anyone else have the runchies while training for a marathon???
