There are days when you realize that everything is perfect for a run. The weather is almost hot (because it’s been like 20 degrees lately, 46 felt AMAZING), there’s no need for excessive layers or a jacket while running, rocking my newest Swirlgear shirt, the sun is shining, and you are running with one of your best running buddies. I’d say that makes for a pretty good running day! The picture is the proof that it does in fact snow at the beach! We dodged some ice and snow on the run today, which led to a bit slower than normal. 6.06 miles done in 1:01:59 for a 10:13 mm pace. However, it was a good run to catch up and soak up some much needed vitamin D! Love you Sheila!
